HOW LONG IS THE TENANCY AGREEMENT AND IS A SHORT TERM TENANCY AVAILABLE?

Our tenancy agreements run for a minimum of 48 weeks, we do not offer shorter term agreements.

WHEN DO THE TENANCY AGREEMENTS COMMENCE?

The tenancy agreements start on 21st August.

DOES THE RENT INCLUDE BILLS?

The rent includes charges for Gas, Water, Sewerage and Electricity but excludes any TV or Broadband packages.

ARE MCGOWAN PROPERTIES REGISTERED AND CERTIFIED?

Yes. All our properties are registered, licensed and approved with Bristol City Council and the University West of England.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY KEYS TO THE HOUSE?

If in office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) then call 07884 065067. We do NOT offer an out of hours key service. You will have to contact one of your house mates or call a Lock Smith, however this will be at your cost.

WHEN DO I HAVE MY DEPOSIT RETURNED?

Once your contract has finished the house will be inspected if there are no deductions your deposit will be returned within two weeks of inspection. If deductions are considered necessary, then you will be notified before the balance of any deposit is returned.
